A few years ago, my life looked nothing like I’d imagined. Anxiety and panic attacks had taken over, to the point where they’d even crept into my sleep. I felt stuck, overwhelmed, and uncertain about how to move forward.
In a desperate attempt to regain control, I turned to endurance sports. Pushing my limits physically helped me rebuild my mind, develop discipline, and find a sense of stability I’d been missing. Along the way, I realized how important it is to keep learning, challenging myself, and surrounding myself with people who inspire me.
Now, I just want to have interesting conversations with people I think are cool—athletes, adventurers, creatives, and anyone with a unique perspective on life. This podcast and blog is my way of exploring different experiences, sharing insights, and hopefully sparking curiosity in others.
